Blue Heart Glow Tutorial – Photoshop CS4 – Adding a fun effect to Black and White Photograph

This video shows how to add a color highlighted area to a black and white photograph. It is simple and easy to do, and is fun. This tutorial can be used with programs other than Photoshop. I provide the base files on my web site at 7hunters.net if you want to try out the tutorial. This can be done with any sort of black and white photograph.
